Monthly reporting

What came in, what got won, what it's actually saving you.

Harvard Business Review looked at 1.25 million enquiries: contact within the hour made a business nearly 7× more likely to reach the customer. Xero puts the average NZ wait to get paid at 24.1 days, plus 4.7 days late on top.

Questions

Do I have to change my number?

No. Calls ring your phone exactly as they do now. The text only fires when nobody picks up — and never if you answer.

Will it text people at 11pm?

It knows your hours. After hours the message changes — it doesn't promise an instant answer, it says you'll come back to them first thing.

Why not an AI that answers the phone?

Plenty will sell you one. The trade-off is a machine talking to your customer first, and if it mishears the job that's your reputation, not the software's. Torque AI never speaks to your customers — it sends a text and gets out of the way.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually no — it's built around what you already run. If something genuinely needs adding it's typically a $20–50/month tool, and you'll see the maths on why it pays for itself first.

What actually happens after I book?

A 20-minute call about how a job runs from first enquiry to final invoice. I tell you where the hours are leaking and what I'd automate first. If there's nothing worth fixing, I'll say so.

How do I get out?

Month to month. Tell me and it stops at the end of the month. No minimum term, no exit fee.

Worth 20 minutes to find out?

Free, no obligation, no sales pitch.
